Labor Day Tradition

This year we kept with our annual tradition of spending labor day weekend at Bennett Spring... It's always a tough choice between indulging in one of the last main boating weekends of summer or retreating to our favorite get-a-way BUT we never regret a trip to Bennett!

This year Dan and I escaped a little early to add some extra days to our weekend adventure... The after effects of hurricane issac dumped quite a bit of rain on us Friday and Saturday but regardless we made the most of our weekend away... Our Bennett was safe and sound at Grammys so with no worries, tons of fish, 3 books, boards games, laughing and catching up, and lots of yummy food our labor day weekend left us recharged and refreshed...already counting down until our next trip to the spring!
