Fall is here

 

Hello neglected blog!  It’s been too long… once again!  Why do I start all my blog posts with “it’s been too long”?! You think I’d get things together…

Well I’m going to try to get back on track and keep up with my sweet little blog

One bit of super exciting news that is going on in our lives is that Baby Consiglio is on the way!  I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with our baby girl, and she is due to make her grand debut in March!  Let me tell ya, I am trying to be patient, but I just cannot wait to meet our princess!  I am blogging on a separate blog just for her which I will share once I get things a little more organized…

Other than that we have just been trying to enjoy Fall and celebrate all the small things along the way…

Unfortunately we experienced the loss of my dear cousin Jenny at the end of September… I thought many times of writing a blog post about all my thoughts and feelings {especially since Jenny was an avid reader of this blog} but I just decided to keep things positive, just like she always did!  I miss her terribly, but am so thankful God ended her suffering and rewarded her with the gift of life in Heaven… We will honor her spirit every day and try our very best to show her three darling children how to live life the the fullest just like their mom would have! 

Fall around our area has been rather mild… Our temperatures were still in the upper 70’s as of last week, and then by the weekend fall weather arrived…

One of my favorite fall traditions is going to the Apple Farm!  Dan, My Mom, her boyfriend Bryan, and I enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at Ekert’s in late September and we had a blast!

Wednesday is Halloween and before we know it Thanksgiving and Christmas will be upon us!  Fall truly is my favorite time of year!
