I always have the best intentions with this blog… and the weeks go by.. and that totally defeats the purpose of blogging to remember life as it happens… but I am catching up and that’s what’s important…
Today has been a great day of catching up just in general… Today I have felt very productive and ready to take on the busy week ahead of us…I have struggled with time management lately… welcome to life as a working wife, mom, daughter, friend, etc.… all things I am so blessed to be! I have come to realize that in order to stay “organized” I need to accept the fact that things are totally not in my control (duh, right??) and I just have to adjust and do the best I can with each season of my life… cause life is moving fast and I want to enjoy every second!! God is so good and I am so thankful to be blessed with far more than I deserve…
I wanted to share some goals/things I’m looking forward to this spring & summer:
- exercising 4-5x a week… loving the tone it up workouts! and can’t wait to get outside for some long walks with Gia
- My Fitness Pal has really helped me stay accountable and get back into my pre-Gia clothes! Such a great feeling!
- New things with Gia all the time… as she is about to turn one I cannot wait to watch her explore everything more and more… and have so much fun this summer on the boat and going to all of our favorite places!
- Speaking of that… boating! I’m dreaming of it!! I can’t wait to see what Gia thinks of it.
- Concerts
- The loading dock!
- Gulf Shores
- Weddings
- Grilling & Eating outside
- Dresses & Flip Flops
- Our Labor day trip to Bennett
I’ve got summer on my mind for sure… BUT a very important day is just around the corner… Miss Gia’s first birthday!! I cannot even believe it’s possible that she is already turning one! Her party will be so fun and I’m excited to have our family and friends over to help celebrate! She brings joy to so many people and I’m just so beyond blessed to be her mommy! I don’t take a single day for granted.
