The dinner was to introduce my little sister’s boyfriend to one of her favorite local restaurants {and meet the rest of our fam}, celebrate her being home for the holidays, her and Clark's graduations, and also Kayla’s birthday… phew! As if we REALLY needed a reason to get together 
Our family favorite is a gem known as Diamond Mineral Springs… meals are served family style… you choose your main dish off of the wall of choices, then sides are brought out for all to share…
The restaurant is also famous for the “foot high pies”… let’s just say I was very aware of my food for the day so I could enjoy this amazing pie without a guilty conscience. And enjoy it I did…
