Tonight we had a nice surprise dinner guest... My dad!
Unfortunately the circumstances were not the best (he was traveling through from my great grandmothers funeral) but we were so thrilled that he decided to stop and break up his drive by having dinner with us :)
He stopped by and saw my work for the first time (and got a pretty great haircut from yours truly) then we stopped by my house to pick up Dan and headed to meet Clarkie at a local BBQ place :)
The visit was too short as always but we are looking forward to spending some extended time with him over thanksgiving :)
