My Grandpa LOVES the Cardinals, so my family got together for a birthday dinner & to cheer on the Cardinals in their world series game! :)
I realized once again how lucky & blessed I feel to be able to live so close to so many of my family members... My mom, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins were all there.. (my brother was stuck in class, poor birthday boy!) I of course missed my other sibs, but it was so nice to get to see everyone and celebrate such a special day :) Another oppportunity to realize how important my family is to me...
Today has been quite productive so far... Bennett had a haircut & vet appointment this morning... and while he was getting his haircut I ran all my errands {and splurged on a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte... I think I'm a big enough fan to be able to call it a PSL now like all the other regulars call it hehe}
Plans for the rest of today:
- few things to do around the house
- lunch
- gym
- GOTR (the lesson today is about sportsmanship}
- SciFest tonight at the Science Center with fantastic friends
