I used my favorite new coffee maker, and tried out the green tea k-cup :) I cannot wait to have this little treat again... and I'm so thankful it helped soothe my throat and return my missing voice!!!
Today was a slow day at work... but sometimes that is nice... We say it's the calm before the storm of the fall/holiday season approaching which is always SO busy!
I was able to finish a book I started a while ago...
This book was given to me by a great friend {I finally finished it Lauren! Now I need your address to send it back to you! :)}
I started it a while ago and for whatever reason I took a break... and now I know why, I probably wasn't at a place where my mind was open to the message of the book, but now it all makes sense... I cannot even describe the message of this book... but it definitely taught me a lot about myself and how to keep living a positive & healthy lifestyle... I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has ever faced an unhealthy relationship with food or themselves... just another step forward showing me how far I've come :)
After work today D & I headed to the gym where I did a cardio mix of the StairMaster & the elliptical totaling 40 minutes of cardio... then I completed my arm workout for the day...
We were both so hungry by the time we got home so a quick & easy meal was the plan... We decided on His & Hers pizzas from the freezer {thanks to Trader Joe's}...
Here was mine:
The Verdict??? Delish! This personal size pizza was light, but just enough to fill me up... I loved the veggies and the crust was just the perfect amount of crispy... and to make things better this healthy dinner was ready in less than 10 minutes :) The serving size is 1 pizza for 250 calories... yes please! :)
Now it's time to feed my new addiction before heading to bed... Pinterest!
