Oh What a Weekend

Here we are back to the start of another work week... I feel like I have a lot to cover, this weekend was busy & SO fun!

It felt like our weekend started on Thursday because we met up after work to head to the rehearsal dinner of the wedding Dan was going to be in... Dan kept rushing me, but I think he had a secret mission planned all along... a stop at cabelas of course where he swore he had to have these camo jeans:
He makes me laugh!  When/if he actually wears these in public, I'll make sure I snap a pic :)
Because I'm a great wife, he said I deserved a treat of my own... and that sent me to Bed, Bath, Beyond for a new Tervis Tumbler... AND a fall sample pack for me keurig!  I cannot wait to begin devouring these!!
The rehearsal dinner was lovely as I mentioned in Friday's post... Friday was quite productive and we got to enjoy a yummy dinner with L & T at our favorite lakeside restaurant :)  I miss my Friday's with L so much! and it was great to be able to catch up with her!!!

After dinner Dan and I went home & called it a night since we knew Saturday would be a long & busy day...

Some other exciting news...
Very proud of myself!  100 days in a row of tracking food/exercise... I think it's official that I've definitely changed my lifestyle :)

Saturday morning we had an early wake up call... The church was about 1.5 hours from our house so we had to leave quite early... No worries though Dan was already dancing away in the car to get the day started right :)
While Dan was in the church getting ready, I entertained myself in the car with magazines, books, texting, and taking self-portraits :)

Once Dan was dressed he came out to check on me...  Not too brag, but I am one lucky lady... he cleans up quite nice ;)
During the break between the wedding & reception I was on my own... and did a little work in the retail department :)  I was eager to get to the reception and see Dan again though...

The reception location was so neat... it was in a private "new" town and I could have explored there for quite a while... This was my view while I waited for the wedding party to arrive...
Dan was for sure a party rocker... and keptwith his Italian ways by proudly fist pumping all the way into the reception... I'm so proud!
I got to meet a lot of Dan's friends & their families from his college days... we also had plenty of fun dancing... but as the party wrapped up around 10:30... it was time to take my precious party rocker home... glo sticks & all...

Sunday went by super fast... church {officially a member! yay!}, running errands, crock pot chili, and FOOTBALL! :) It was a perfect rainy, fall, Sunday :)

I had a huge to-do list for today and this is the last item to cross off!  What a feeling of accomplishment!  Back to work tomorrow!

Now time to finish watching Monday Night Football with my hubby :)
